Coach more lifters, not spreadsheets
Lifting Coach is an online platform built for powerlifting coaches.
Plan training, track athletes, and manage your roster in one place.
Your online coaching HQ for powerlifting
Lifting Coach brings your roster, training plans, check-ins, and progress data together. It’s designed specifically for powerlifting, so you can focus on making smarter programming decisions, not on admin work.
Start each day knowing exactly what you need to do
Stop wondering, “Who do I owe a reply to?” or “Whose check‑in is still waiting?”
- See today’s to‑do list at a glance.
- Know which athletes are waiting for a check‑in.
- Prioritize your day so you can get through your roster efficiently without missing anyone.
Log in, clear your list, and you’re done.
Know when you can take on more lifters
- View what slots you have available and on which days.
- Quickly check if you can take on a new athlete without overcommitting.
- Keep your coaching load balanced across the week.
This makes it easy to say “yes” or “not yet” with confidence when a new inquiry comes in.
See how your coaching decisions pay off
Two athletes can respond totally differently to the same approach. Lifting Coach helps you see those differences.
- Track how volume and intensity change over time
- See how athletes respond: performance trends, readiness, feedback
- Spot positive patterns: what blocks, rep ranges, and loads work best for this lifter
- Make programming decisions based on data, not guesswork
Stay on top of your athletes’ competition calendar
Know what you’re training for.
- See a list of past and future competitions for each athlete.
- Plan training blocks around meet dates.
- Keep track of what worked well leading into previous meets.
This helps you reverse-engineer blocks and apply what’s worked before.
How it works
Athletes create their own accounts and connect with you as their coach. You see all your athletes in one place and build their training from there. Athletes use the Lifting Coach for free.
For each athlete, you can:
- Plan as far ahead as you want – build out weeks or months of training in advance.
- Keep future weeks as draft – the athlete can’t see these yet.
- Publish weeks when you’re ready – you decide how many weeks to publish at a time (1 week, 2 weeks, 4 weeks, etc.).
Only published weeks are visible to the athlete and only published weeks are billable.
- You only pay for weeks you actually publish for active athletes.
- Paused athletes don’t cost you anything while they’re on the sidelines.
- Billing happens every 4 weeks, based on what you actually used – no subscriptions, no prepay, no guessing.
