Simple no-tricks pricing:
- $1 per athlete per week for the first 10 athletes
- $2 per athlete per week for the rest of the athletes
- Payments are made every 4 weeks (no upfront payments)
- First 4 weeks are free (no credit card required)

- Do I need a credit card to start?

No. Your first 4 weeks are completely free, and you don’t need to enter card details to try it.
- How do you charge for athletes?

You’re only charged for published training weeks. If someone pauses coaching, you’re not stuck paying for a “seat” they don’t use.
- Can I try it with just a couple of athletes first?

Absolutely. The pricing scales with you, so you can start with a small roster, get comfortable, and add more athletes as you go.
- What happens after the 4‑week trial?

You decide if you want to continue. If you do, you’ll be invoiced monthly based on the published weeks of plans per athlete.
- Is this only for high‑level competitors?

No. Lifting Coach is built around squat, bench, deadlift, and strength‑focused blocks, but it works for anyone you coach with planned strength training.
